We want you to be completely enchanted by your Tutu Du Monde purchase, but if your items are not quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all delicate tulle and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the delicate hand-beading and sequins are protected during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
